The layout
A center console boat puts the helm in the middle of the deck so you can walk 360 degrees when a fish runs. An offshore center console adds fuel, freeboard and usually twin or triple outboards so the same boat can leave the breakwater.
In the UAE that means air at the helm, ice, a tower if you fish, and a hull that still works when the shamal is up. It is not a daycruiser with rod holders painted on. Dual console is the family layout — walk-through to the bow, more glass, less fish deck.
