Buyers of Palm, Harbour, Yas and Saadiyat plots already ask what sits on the pontoon. If that answer arrives six months after handover, the sale feels unfinished. We sit inside the purchase as the boat desk so you do not have to become a dealer.
Partner names stay off this page. The commercial structure is private. You keep the real-estate relationship. We hold Scout, Contender, World Cat, EdgeWater, Front Runner and Adrenaline.
Specification
Gulf cooling, range, shade and berth limits written before the hull is laid. One spec sheet per plot type if you need it.
Handover
Delivery to a UAE port or marina, commissioning and aftercare from Dubai, timed to your unit handover where possible.
Dubai Power Boats does not sell real estate and does not list developer inventory.
Where this is used
Projects with water access.
Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai Harbour, Dubai Islands, Yas Riva Reserve, Ramhan, Marsa Al Saadiyat, Jubail Island, Al Gurm and Al Bandar. If the plot has a beach, canal, private pontoon or marina walk, write the brief.
Sales suite
A specified hull in the conversation — not a generic “boat included” line. Buyers can see which house brand fits the berth.

Warranty and local service stay with us. Your team is not asked to become a marina workshop.

Do you sell the property?
No. You sell the plot or villa. We specify and supply the boat that belongs with that water-access home.
Can this sit inside a unit package?
Yes. Sometimes the vessel is inside the purchase conversation; sometimes it is a parallel contract timed to handover. That is set per project, privately.
Will you publish our name?
No. The arrangement stays between desks. Buyers looking for a home-plus-boat use the public waterfront page.
